I'm back!
Wednesday, April 22, 2015
Good morning!
Alright! So I'm planning this out in my giant head and I want to post everyday, but I know I'm lazy when it comes to technology! So I will post as often as I feel like! I will be your online trainer, your weight loss guru of the interwebs, your muscle gain sidekick in this battle over self image. I will officially start on Sunday, but I'm gonna give you the 4-1-1 on my schedule today! Sunday is break day. This is the day when I plan my meals and work outs for the week (although I always have back up workouts) and catch up on blogging. It is the day where sweets are okay (as long as you stay within your calorie limit) It's also the day I use for if I miss a work out so I would avoid that. Monday is cardio day! Walking, running, bicycling, hiking, etc. get at least 30 minutes on that day. Tuesday is leg day. If you're trying to lose weight, do cardio on this day. Wednesday is butt day! (My personal favorite). Thursday is back and abs day, Friday is arm day (if you're trying to lose weight add cardio into this I.e. Run/walk with 5lb weights in ur hands) and finally Saturday is full day for muscle builders and cardio day for people wanting to lose weight. I'll always set up two separate workouts for each day. One for when I can make it to the gym and one home work out. That way if I can't get to the gym I have a back up plan. I will also be setting up a rule list with things like, "drink at least 64 oz (or 8 cups) of water daily." So, why am I telling you all of this? To TEACH you. The one thing I have found most nescissary for a healthy life, the thing of highest priority, is DISCIPLINE. you can't get to where you want to go without it. Discipline is like the batterie in your car. You don't have it, you don't go. End of story. It is the key to survival. So the main thing I will teach on this blog is how to discipline to the fullest extent. You can follow my rules or you don't have to. After all we are humans and rules always suck. ;)
